Simulator Use & Facility Rules
By booking and using our simulator facility, you agree to:
Use equipment responsibly and as intended
Follow all posted rules, instructions, and safety guidelines
Assume responsibility for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior
Supervise minors at all times
The Swing Lab is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage to personal property while on the premises, except where required by law.

Online Booking & Third-Party Platforms
Bookings for simulator time, leagues, lessons, or events may be completed through a separately linked third-party booking platform, including YourGolfBooking.
When booking through a third-party platform:
Your personal and payment information is collected and processed by that platform
Their privacy policy and terms apply to your booking
The Swing Lab is not responsible for third-party system outages, errors, or data handling practices
We may receive limited booking information to manage reservations and provide services.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary based on booking type and are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking through the applicable platform.
Failure to show up for a scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of payment or booking privileges, as permitted by the booking platform’s policies.

Communications & SMS Messaging

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from The Swing Lab related to bookings, services, promotions, or customer support.
